What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They let a site work properly, keep it secure, and remember things between pages — for example, keeping a form filled in as you move through it.
The cookies we use
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. The site doesn't set any cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set one strictly necessary security cookie, which is required to keep the site secure and can't be switched off. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use cookies to build a profile of you or to track you across other websites.

Some pages embed tools provided by other companies, such as our mortgage calculators and our online appointment booking. These may set their own cookies when you use them. We don't control those cookies; if you use one of those tools, the provider's own cookie and privacy policies apply.
Information Cloudflare collects
Cloudflare hosts this website and acts as a data processor for us — it handles information on our instructions and under a written data processing agreement. As part of delivering the site and keeping it secure, Cloudflare processes:
- Technical information about your visit, including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, and the pages you viewed and when.
- Security information, so that attacks and malicious traffic can be detected and blocked.
Cloudflare uses this information to deliver and protect the site, keeps it only for a short period, and does not use it for its own marketing. You can read Cloudflare's own privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Information you enter into forms
We use forms on this site to collect enquiries, appointment requests, documents and health information. When you complete one:
- Enquiry and contact forms — the name, contact details and details of your enquiry that you enter are sent to us securely by email and recorded in our Google Workspace account, so we can respond to you.
- Appointment booking — the details you give when booking are used to arrange and confirm your appointment.
- Document and file upload — files you upload, such as payslips, bank statements and identification, are stored securely and used to prepare and support your mortgage or protection application.
- Health and medical questionnaires — the information you provide is used solely to research and arrange protection and insurance products for you. This is special category data and is treated with additional care; we process it with your explicit consent or because it is necessary for insurance purposes.
Information submitted through these forms is transferred into our case management system and handled in line with our Client Privacy Notice, including how long we keep it and who we share it with. We do not use anything you enter into a form for advertising, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
Please don't send us payment card details, PINs or passwords through any form on this site — we will never ask for them.
Managing cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings — most browsers let you block cookies, delete cookies already stored, or warn you before one is set. The help section of your browser will tell you how.
Because the cookies on this site are strictly necessary ones, blocking them will stop parts of the site working properly — forms may fail to submit and pages may not load correctly.
Our medical questionnaire can save your answers in your browser's local storage, so you can come back and finish it later. That information stays on your device until you submit the questionnaire or clear it — it isn't sent to us until you submit. We also use local storage to remember that you've closed our cookie notice, so it doesn't keep reappearing.
